How do i take taraxtone?

hey guys, i know that this question should be placed in the supplements section, however i'd really lot to get the best feedback regarding this particular question...

in order to look my absolute best for a specific event, should taraxatone be taken for 10 days or 2-3 days. I've read statements claiming that taking it for 10 days (and finishing the bottle of 16 pills [6 pills each for 10 days]) is the better of the two, but for safety reasons it's better to take it for only 2 or 3 days...

any feedback?

I took it for 10 days at 6 tabs a day and dropped a good amt of water.
