Yep, you've all heard this story a thousand times I'm sure.
I did a search, found out that B6 usually works well if I start off at 400mg a day or so, then cut it down to 200mg a day maintenance after a week or so.
I wasn't sure, I'm not experiencing any pain, maybe just a little sensitivity, lactating very very little... just appears to be a puffy area around my nipples. When I get a pump at the gym it goes away for the most part.
Anyway, it's from Fina. Let me know if there is anything else I should take besides just B6.
