Thread: Puffy Nipples...

Yep, you've all heard this story a thousand times I'm sure.
I did a search, found out that B6 usually works well if I start off at 400mg a day or so, then cut it down to 200mg a day maintenance after a week or so.
I wasn't sure, I'm not experiencing any pain, maybe just a little sensitivity, lactating very very little... just appears to be a puffy area around my nipples. When I get a pump at the gym it goes away for the most part.
Anyway, it's from Fina. Let me know if there is anything else I should take besides just B6.

No I'm not running test, just a Fina only cycle.
I've done well, it's week 6 starting and I've gained 15 lean pounds, and gone up in all categories of lifting.
I will plan my next cycle to include test and possibly something else. I did a Test Prop, EQ, and Winny cycle last fall which went well. I heard both good and bad about Fina so I wanted to do it alone just to be cautious.

I do know better guys.
I'll be honest, it was a dumb move.
Like I said, I read both sides of tren , good and bad, and I wanted to introduce it alone just to make sure I wouldn't have any sides.
My brother took tren awhile back, when he was training hard, and had some adverse sides to it. So I figured if I was going to do it, I would do it slowly and surely - so I would know how things would go.
Hope my logic makes sense.
Yes I'm shutting down pretty hard. I was planning on doing about 6 weeks and then stopping for 6 weeks, then doing a much better cycle.
I'll run the next cycle by you guys so you can let me know what you all think.
Thanks for the help bros, it's always appreciated.
