Well, it wont have any interaction affect with your gear like a 17aa and alcohol would. However, it does mess up your eating schedule, tends to make one lazy, hurts one's lungs, and so on.
For me, i do it occasionally to relax and have a good time. Just keep it in moderation.

See that's the funny thing. Sometimes I smoke a bowl of chronic before the gym with my buddy and we have a great workout. Some people says it makes them weaker, not the case with me at all.Quote:

As long as you can do it without interfering with you workouts, eating, or sleeping i would say that its not that big of deal....easier said than done
its easy...just smoke after you workout and do it before you go to sleep...makes u hungry have a shake and go to bed...This way you get to relax and not mess up your workout and eating...and you go to bed much much easier
