1-13 Deca 300 split bi-weekly
1-14 Cyp 500 split bi-weekly
1-14 EQ 500 split bi-weekly
10-14 Var 30mg ED (BD oral 10mg tabs)
Nolva/L-dex all the way thru till PCT at 3wks after last shot at which point ill start Clomid and continue the Nolva/L-dex.
QUESTION: What additional AI/AE etc do I do to avoid the progesterone sides from all that Deca ?
QUESTION: Is my ratio of Test/Deca/EQ good ?
QUESTION: How long caould I safely go on this cycle ? Can I go 20 weeks ?

What's your cycle history?
The cycle needs some work.
I am 6weks into my first cycle which is Test only 500 bi-weekly and I am getting fantastic results.
I plan to do this 2nd cycle as soon as my PCT is over from this 1st cycle and my blood work shows restored Test levels.
Im 45 yrs old

Add only one compound per cycle but you could get away with Test/EQ/Var........ What are your goals for this cycle?
Goals are:
1) Sustinable quality mass that wil retain signigicant amt of gains after cycle
2) enhancement of tendons ligs connective tissues - thus the Deca Var and EQ - they all strengthen coonnectiove and help joints
3) Strength gains
4) Remain relatively lean thru the cycle and come out at about 10-12% BF

I would either run the Deca or EQ but not both...... IMO I would use the EQ because you want quality gains over quanity........ The deca will help your joints out the most but the cyp will make you hold enough water durring the cycle to keep joints lubed.
This is what I would run with the goals you listed
1 - 12 Cyp 500mg
1 - 12 EQ 500mg
8 - 15 Var 40mg ED
1 - 15 Nolva 10mg ED
1 - 15 L-dex .25mg ED
1 - 15 Tribulus 4g ED
Start PCT after your last Var dose
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex / 4g Tribulus
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex / 4g Tribulus
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex / 4g Tribulus
