time to take clen?

should i take clen pre cardio in the morning(empty stomach)
or it doesnt matter???

it doesnt matter,because of the long 1/2 life 35hrs,what you took yesterday is still in your system anyway.it's not like an eca where you take upon waking before cardio because it is out of your system in 6hrs.
