Which is better Liv-52 or Milk Thistle

which do you prefer while you are running a cycle...i have always taken Milk Thistle before, but i have heard good things aobut Liv-52 and i am thinking about switching to it...thanks

id have to say there both about the same.. take them both

Liv-52 w/o question. Id run NAC and r-ALA personally.

Milk thistle has been a standard for most, Until more people start using and results come to the table with the liv-52 then I will consider a switch. Until then I would stick to milk thistle

What exactly does Milk thistle do and does it need to be ran with EVERY AAS cycle? Or just certain AAS???
