I am starting my 3rd week today of my Prop/Winny Cycle, although I wont strat the Winny until week 4. Anyway, I have been doing 50mg ED for the first 2 weeks, (starting my 3rd week now) and i dont know if I expected too much or what but I just dont knwo if Im getting enough??/ I feel a LITTLE bit more cut and a LITTLE bit more hard, but not too much. Have I just not given it enough time???? Do I need to wait another week or two??? Or would it hurt if I bump up to 75mg ED??? :unsure:

Prop is pretty fast acting usually some effects by the 2nd week.

This is my first cycle. I'm 24 years old. 5'9 1/2 189ibs. 12% BF now. 3 months ago I was 205ibs and 21% BF. I do cardio 45-55 min in the a.m. on an empty stomach. Diet is superclean. Just didnt know if I was getting enough Test @ 50mg ED. Will start Winny next week. So i should just wait it out??? Would it **** it up if I jumped to 75mg ED?????/ Thansk a bunch guys!!

Ok 2 questions:
#1) Why does everyone say that 50mg ED is not enough for a newbie??? Wouldnt you want to play it safe with 50 mg???
#2) Also, can anyone tell me if it will be bad if I bump it up from 50mg ED to 75mg ED starting my 4th week of a 10 week cycle???

1. Some users are more incline to suggest low dose cycles like yours but IMO 350mg of test per week is not enough to grow........ Like the others stated go with 75mg ED.Quote:
