    Lower Back Tightness

I have been on my cycle for a while now, and I have began to experience lower back tightness whenever I do alot of running. Is this because I'm not stretching enough or not drinking enough water, or something else. Please help. Thanks

glucosamine is for the joints bro... i don't think it would help with the back pump... tough it out and you'd be fine...

It doesnt hurt that bad man. After you get done working out and its "pumped up" real bad. Lay down on your back near a bench and prop your legs up on it and sit for a minuit or two.

Glucosamine is for joints. You could try massage and calcium/magnesium supplements which should relax the muscles. Epsom salts in a warm bath just like our grandmothers used to do.
