Juicw has depressed my HDL !!What can I do ?
Just got bloodwork results. Total cholesterol was 140! Doc said thats great but my HDL (good cholesterol) is too low.
I am taking Flax seed oil, EFA, Omega 3 etc and doing cardio 3x and eating clean and light for a cycle of 500 Cyp. weekly
Should I up the cardio and Nolva ? Ive heard cardio and Nolva are good for HDL.
Im concerned because everyone on my moms side of the family (males) died from heart disease before the age of 60) and my dad has the same condition. Low HDL.
I fear that I have a hereditary predisp. to low HDL and juice may be putting me into a very bad position if I dont deal with this properly.
Please give me some advice (Pheedno - where are you ?)

You need to heat that nolva to dissolve the compound, otherwise your dose is going to be inconsistant everytime. I'd up your cardio to 5-6 times wk and pick up some policosinol
