i am 6'3 285Lbs, interwsted in steroid info. I am around 17 % BF. I have 2 choices, 1 is to take Test-propionate, the other is Duratestin 25o. desired effects are to lean up some, but mainly want to get as big and strong as I can as fast as possible. Any input is appreciated. What would you suggest for a first timer?
You need to drop your bf below 15% before you start, if you want to bulf run the 250, if you want to trim up run the prop.
I am an o-ineman, getting under 15 would be real tough. I am dropping fat anyway via intense conditioning. Thanks again.
Your diet is going to be key, go with the 250 every 4 days.

10 weeks straight through?? I am also going to take trib test starting in week 3 to balance out
jbear read up more, do you have PCT also.
EDUCATE and don't start until everything for cycle is in hand.
