    Clen, is my dose to low??

    Hey Bros,
    Well I will be starting up my summer cycle soon and I was going to run my t3 and clen like this
    wks 1-3 clen 60 80 100
    wks 4-7 T3 50 50 100 100
    wks 7-10 clen 60 80 100

    but after reading threads on clen, is my dose too low, I will have a 60ml 200mcg/ml of clen, I was thinking of using upwards of 200mcg ed. and also is this the best way to run clen and T3,

    PS will all the advice I have received on this cycle I will be going with Ed injection with prop and tren . gonna be fun, I will let you know how it turns out.

    Run whatever your comfortable with, My buddy is using LN's clen at 40mcg a day and jiggling more then jello and hes a big guy. Ramp up and go with what you can stand.

    clen should be ran for 2weeks on 2weeks off....not 3 or 4 unless you are supplementing ketotifen.

    Aslo do not be afraid to ramp up higher...i go to 300 a day, sometimes more. Also ramp daily not weekly.

    up the dosage untill you get bad sides then lower it down a lil and stay there

    so how much should you go up a day, and should you go 2wks clen 2wks t3 and run it like that???

    clen : 2on-2off
    alternate with eca (off week)
    dunno about t3, sorry!
    im now doin clen and im at 100 on day 5 (started with 20, increased 1 pill ed: 20-40-60-80...). i will rise it till 120-140 if ill be confortable with it!

    yeah i am on day 5 at 100 (really it is .10mcg's) the pills are .02 or .2mcg's per pill. i get the shakes just a little for the first 2 hours then it tapers off. not too bad yet. i take mine all at once what about you guys? i figured it wouldnt matter considering it has a long half life.. godddammn, that took me a few moments longer to type b/c of the clen.. LOL!!! just load up on the potassium, i try to take around 1000 mg's a day spliting it up..add bananas too it help a little. drink a **** load of water. i drink around 1-1.5 gallons a day and i take 1000mg's of taurine too.

    by the way, i dont know a **** thing about t3, i just know i will never use it. i would rather do the ole fashion way. peace fellas

    ramp up, start with one pill and the next day go to 2. etc until you can't take the sides then just stay at that dosage until the 2 weeks are up. then on your 2 cycle (week 5) I would just start maybe one pill short of what you finished with.

    Likewas said earlier drink water take potassium & taurine. to help with cramping.

    i took 1, 2 and 3 all together! 4, i did 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon! 5, 3am+2pm and so on!
    i think i will finish at 6 or 7 per day but 2nd cycle i wont go back to 1 (and not to "-1" as soup said). maybe 3 willl be the starting dose!!!
    hung-solo, is it .2mcg? dont think so! i think is 20mcg (or .02mg)!!!

    if you are useing t3 run both 7 days on 5 days off.... I am runing it like this right now

    day 1 200mcg t3/50mcg clen
    day 2 200mcg t3/100mcg clen
    day 3 200mcg t3/150mcg clen
    day 4 200mcg t3/150mcg clen
    day 5 200mcg t3/150mcg clen
    day 6 100mcg t3/100mcg clen
    day 7 50 mcg t3/50 mcg clen
