Need help and advise

Havent "trained" in several years and I am a leary about what im seeing around right now. Back in my day I was comfortable with what i "Trained" with. AT 5'8" 185, Im looking to get back up to around 210. At 40 now, IM not sure what "training" resources or are available. Any help :lift: ?

There's a "Training Forum" on this site....... Take a look at it...... There's also a "Over 30" area as well.

I have a feeling "training" means steroid use...correct me if im wrong

I'd train with QV test

back then it was deca and Winstol combo. Now im seeing a stuff called Anabolic ST(Stanazol). Any opinion or comparison?
