    injury workout routine steroid .?

    I had surgery on my right shoulder 3 months ago. I got cleared to start working out. Limited to the bench press/military press/flys.

    Whats a good workout routine I could try avoiding those exercises and should a cycle of deca be in place?

    I have experience with juice.

    would stay away from military at first when you come back bro - Deca certainly helps with the joints but I would hold off on a cycle

    avoid the mil presses for sure, but i think u can go with light weight for the other exercises, get your flexibility back and strengthen it before u start hitting it hard again.

    Check the net..lots of post surgery advice and PT hints. I just had my labrum repaired and Subacromial Decompression ..I will be hitting a cycle to combat muscle loss and help things along. I will, however, wait until most movements are pain free. I will give up mil-presses and a few others for atleast 6 months.
