Is this normal with Clen???

Whats up bros! Heres the deal....Yesterday was my 3rd day of Clen. I started on Monday at 40mg and upped it yesterday to 80mg. Last night, I played a good 3 hours of basketball with my friends....felt good. When I went togo to sleep....my whole **** bed was shaking cuz my heart was beating so hard. Couldn't sleep so I had a glass of wine and eventually fell asleep. Woke up this morning to go for a run and man, do I fell like s**t! My whole body is thumping....hard, and I feel like I got no rest at all. Very uncomfortable! I'm worried if I go for my run, my heart is gonna fly out my mouth....BRUTAL! Is this normal? If I lowwer the does, will I not thump as much? Any ideas on how to fall asleep with this stuff? Thanks guys!

Well some do experience rapid heart beat while on clen, during vigorous physical activity. If you keep things at a moderate pace, you should be fine, but when engaging in activities that require much effort- keep tabs on yourself.

yeah man be careful, your body is at a stepped up pace as it is on clen. still do cardio just watch yourself closely. try taking it first thing in the morning and do the cardio later that day. remember to take 1000 mg of potassium ed split it up morning and night, drink a **** load of water 1-2gallons a day.. the potassium helps me a lot.
