Im running a 500 shot of test and a 200 shot tren enanthate per week my blood pressure is good and I feel good but resting heart rate is 90 beats per min. Is there anything i can do or take to lower my heart rate. Is 90 beats per min a concern.

Good cardio workouts are the best for lowering your resting HP naturally.

it varies tremendiously for everyone. I wouldnt worry under 100 while on gear...especially tren !

I've never monitored it to be honest. Every now and again i'll check it out while i'm at the grocery store. My wife used to be a nurse and she'll check me out from time to time. But you bring up an interesting point, Lunk. When i finally decide to convert those carts, one of the first things i'll do is check my heart rate.

Yes...check before and during. I notice nearly a 15 to 20 BPM increase!

15% maybe a little less, belly fat. I've been using the test for 3 weeks I've only been using tren for a week and monitoring bp and heart rate for a week
