    muscle cramps

    one week after last shot of test and im having muscle cramps out of the blue everywhere. i'll be doing something minor and get muscle cramps in my chest, shoulders, neck, legs....everywhere! is this normal? its like i flexed too hard and cramped up but im not even exerting myself. anyone else get this?

    Are you drinking enough water, I find if i dont drink enough water my muscle cramp up really easy.

    drink plenty water and no just 500mg/wk test enenthate it was my first cycle and i just finished last week one more week to go before starting pct. it was a 8 1/2 week cycle do to underfilled vials (next time i will get extra) bummer too because i was feeling good and strong last couple weeks. cant wait to do second cycle!

    just out of curiosity what were you benching before you went on it and what are you benching now?

    benched 275 for 2 reps before now 315 for 5 reps, i dont have a spotter

    gained 20lbs but ppl started to say i was getting real big....everybody! i didn't want to be so obvious so i toned down on food intake to not show so much and dropped 5lbs. started at 205lbs went to 225lbs and now 220lbs. sure wish i coulda went 10 weeks
