    Clen vs. Clomid

I first want to say what a great sight this is and the fact that you all take the time to help out us beginners is a plus. I appreciate everytime you guys answer a question I have no matter how trivial.
I am getting ready to start my first cycle. I have been reading the board about clen and clomid, but no one has stated which one is better? Also, what is Kyno-H? thanks to all-j.j.

Clen and clomid are 2 different animals altogether. Kyno-h is some jive you can buy online(search google.com) aka kynoselen. Similar to clen(but not clomid)

clen will help you with the cutting..raises you bodies core temp and creates and environment in which you body can burn fat more readily.

where as clomid is most generally used post cycle when you need to get you natural test levels back up to normal.

    hope this helps

go with clen for cutting...but before you try that..make sure you have exhausted all other avenues such as a strick diet..not what most people consider a strick diet..a real one..and lots of cardio.

hope this helps..be safe out there

    thanks

    I appreciate all the advice.
My body fat percentage is not that high for my age 32, 6'1'', about 230, 10-12% mostly around the midsection. A result, I imagine, of not doing enough cardio and abs. But, with this new diet and exercise progarm I have been on seeing some good results.--j.j.

rub some dirt on it and get back in the game!
