Starting first OXANDROLONE cycle, any tips?

I'm starting my first oxandrolone cycle, actually this is my first steriod cycle period. I'd like to know what kind of gains i can expect and if anyone could help me on a dosage...i have 2.5mg tabs....thanks alot

you should consider a test only cycle for your first one. JMO and many others.

OK besides everyone givining the test bombardment how about telling him to take some creatine with it.

well he asked for the dose......start out with 25-30 mg dude.....Tell us more about goals, stats etc ???

at 2.5 milligrams per tab, thats gonna be 1 hell of an expensive first cycle compared to a low doseage test.

I think you would be much happier with a test only cycle, but if you have your mind set on var only cycle make sure to run proper post cycle therapy. Clomid starts the day following the last day of your cycle. Run it as follows:

Day 1 300mgs
Day 2-11 100mgs
Day 12-21 50mgs

Clomid is relatively inexpensive and easily accessible. Don't make the mistake many first timers make of neglecting proper pct. In order to keep gains and fully restore your natural test production, pct is essential.
