    Cool dbol/deca first cycle

    Hi,

    First time cycle, i'm 190pounds 5'11 been lifting for only 1 year.

    i'm looking for a heavier look than I have at present, would like to add anything over 12-15 pounds. keep maybe 10?

    I had this recommended by a helpful guy over at EF:

    "As a beginner I'd try an 8 week of deca as you said 200mg/ week.

    Taper the dbol as follows: 2,4,6,8,8,6,4,2 pey day each week.
    Start the clomid 2-3 weeks after your last deca shot at 100mg/day for the 1st week then drop to 50mg for a further 2."

    What I would like to know is, how many calories should I be looking to get inside me each day while on this cycle, and what gains I would expect to get on the above. I'm planning on going heavy and hard in my workouts, not many reps just heavy.


    Any advice will be great, oh I will also be adding ALA but am not sure how much I would need to take a day while on the dbol, so advice on that also would be nice.

    I would,nt do it like that a good popular mass gainer is

    deca 400mg & sust or any test 500mg each week for 8 weeks(Stop the deca in week 7)

    D-bol 30mg ED for 4/5 weeks this is optional but helps kick start the cycle

    Clomid for post cycle 1d 300mg 10days 100mg 10days 50mg 2 weeks after last inj
    Nolvadex incase of gyno
    Milk thistle if you do the d-bol start 1 week b4 and finish 1 wk
    after take @ 800/1000mg ED

    Double up on your protein to 2lbs per lb of bodyweight and keep fats low and carbs moderate.Drink a minimum of a gallon of water a day.

    Ok IMO i would do this the classic mass builder.

    Deca durabolan - 400mg per week for 8 weeks
    Sustanon 250 OR Testaviron depot - 500mg per week for 8 weeks
    Dianabol - 30mg per day, taken every 4 hours

    This stack should produce good results looking for mass. Here the Deca should be 400mg for optimum effects, and the Dianabol at the onset helps kick start the cycle while you are waiting for the longer acting Deca and test to take effect.

    Nolvadex should be on hand in case symptoms of aromatisation become apparent. Clomid should be used post cycle commencing at 10-14 days afterwards. You may hold a lot of water from this brought about by the Dianabol and the testosterone but this can be reduced by the use of Nolvadex / Tamoxifen or Arimidex .

    The dosage of Dianabol may be divided out through out the day and taken every 3-4 hrs as it has such a short half-life. Take them with / after a protein-based meal.

    The testosterone and the Deca can be split down into 3 shots per week: 250mg of test (1ml) plus 100mg of Deca (1ml) mixed into the same syringe, and another of 200mg of Deca (2ml).

    How old are you? One year of lifting is pretty early to start juicing. You'd be doing yourself a favor by training hard and eating right for another year. What is your typical days diet like?

    billy boy knows what he's talking about...This is a good cycle for what your goals are. Work on your diet seriously...its the key to everything.
