    kynoselen?

    just wondering if anyone knows if it's worth using in my cycle, or is b12 alone better(it does have b12 in it too)? any thoughts?

    Pass on it. Buy a mineral vitamin and some B-12 if ya really need something (although I never thought much about B-12 either to be honest, but better than that crapola)
