    Your top 3 injection spots

    I've been doing a lot of reading and everyone is different but it seems the top 3 injection spots seems to be glutes, quads, and delts in that order. Any other popular spots a lot of people use. Just trying to keep scar tissue to a minimum. spotinjections has the most options I've seen.

    I'm injecting prop in my glutes, I don't like the thigh injection because I can't walk for two days after. My friggin glutes are two softballs now, I hope this goes away in time. Looks kinda stupis walking up stairs with the two muscles flexing with every step.

    i always do glutes, i use to do delts but glutes are so much easier
