Type of gain with SUSTENON????
I'm starting with Sustenon next week.
What kind of gain can I receive from Sustenon?
I'm using the Nile make 500mg (2ml) per week with 6-8 Anabol tablets (5mg) per day!
In the past I used Depotrone for 6 weeks, not much of a gain! ( 7lbs )
I'm 22 years old, 78kg (172lbs)
1.86m with 8% body fat
Training hard for the last 2 years!
Make my day, tell me at least 12lbs.

Your gains will be determined by how hard you lift and the effectiveness of your diet. The sus is only going to enhanced your results, but would must work for them. I have heard the average is between 12-20 lb for the first cycle of sus.
It is a complicated AS, because of the four esters and the dips in blood levels.
I was going to do my first cycle with sus, but reconsidered. Do so research o the board , their is a lot of info on sus cycles.
Make sure you have your PCT

I will post my pics after the 6weeks, that is if there is a improvement!
I train 6 days a week, 90min a day, and have a high protein diet.
If this does not work, I'm open for suggestions.

the anabol tablets are awesome...im not a fan of sus tho. i prefer single esters. id run enanthate @ 500mg/week for 12 weeks, along with 6 anabol tabs per day for 6 weeks. use ldex (.25mg ed) and nolva (10mg ed) during the cycle. then use ldex nolva and clomid for ur pct.

6 days a week and 90 minutes a day, it seems a little agressive. You dont want to overtrain.

W/500mg-wk on Omnadren , I gained pretty decent muscle with little to no water retention. This being highly uncommon, I guess it was just my body chemistry.I think Size to strength wise I increased a greater percentage on strength, Although lb wise I gained 15lbs to say the least.This was starting off @ 190lbs/12%BF.I'd have to say though I consumed Pro-Rated like a Fat Pig, more than I ever had. -.02

my first cycle was sus 250mg a week (before i found this board). i gained 15 lbs and kept about 12 with pct and i also did the pct incorrectly.

All depends on diet, training, rest and finally genetics, i think you'll grow well on this stack, but if its your first cycle it may be a bit too much

Can it ever be too much?
I'm allso on USN muscle fuel, with a high protein diet (chicken, fish.......).
I think my diet is OK, my training is maybe too much.
But hey, lets hope your right!
