Im on my third day of clen, and yesterday I was reading some posts and I came across one that said if you do not have an ECA stack then 1 week on 1 week off would be better. Ive also heard some people not needing an ECA stack on the off weeks, even though everyone says you need it to keep your metabolism from crashing. Should I do the 1 week on 1 week off, and if I do what should the cycle look like. So far Ive started at 20 mcg and gone up from there.
