Is it a waste of money to take nolvadex after a cycle with deca . i heard that nolvadex won't spot deca induced gyno. i was about to order some but now i am second guessing myself.

you should be running test with the deca so you will need the nolva but what deca needs is 200mgs b6 ed....to prevent deca gyno...

i made the mistake of not running test from the begging and i believe you advised me to not start it in week 6. so i am currently on 400mgs of b6 but have 15 20mg nolvadex as well. should i start taking them now or wait till PCT.

Are you asking about PCT after you're done with the deca ?

If so this would be what you should do:
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 200mg Vitamin B6
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 200mg Vitamin B6
Day 31 - 37 200mg B6

That's the minimum to get HPTA back up......... Adding 20mg of Nolva throughout PCT will help speed up recovery

if you are not taking test no need for the nolva... if you are start the nolva the same time as test at 10mgs ed. and 20mg ed during pct....

thanks mudman. and the day 1 of clomid should start 3 weeks after last shot of deca , true? will taking 400mg of b6 be okay because i find it to work better than just taking 200mg.

Correct.... 3 weeks from the last shot.

If 200mg of B6 isn't keeping prolactin levels low then yes run more....... but do know that B6 ran over 200mg will have some sides. I will find what they are for you.

200mg ED is a safe number anything over could have some bad sides:

Vitamin B6: Side Effects

Large doses of vitamin B6 can cause neurological disorders and numbness. Deficiency of this vitamin can cause mouth and tongue sores, irritability, confusion, and depression. (Vitamin B6 deficiency is not common in the United States.)

I think people are wrong to say that you dont need nolva if you dont use test. Deca suppresses testosterone production so you can still get estrogen related gyno post cycle.

that is exactly what was stated. you need nolva pct but not during the cycle of deca because deca gyno is not estrogen induced. after deca is discontinued you run the possibility of getting estrogen induced gyno thus nolva is needed
