For a first time user, a single ester test cycle would be excellent. Post you stats, to get a more accurate usage amount but most reccomend 3-500mg/wk depending on weight. Good Luck

I did, great results, but gained too much water with cyp. Either run something for bloat or go with Test Enanthate instead. For some reason many feel they retain less water on Enanthate.
alot of ppl run test only cycles and get good results. 500mgs of 10-12 weeks imo.
i do enanthate only cycles all the time. there is a huge benefit to shooting it twice a week over once. i'll add a little prop to the shots in the beginning to give a little kickstart. i get great results with test only cycles.
i just completed my first cycle of cyp only at 300 mg's a week for 10 weeks and i gained 27 lbs.

Yes, you can certainly gain a lot on 250-400mg per week of Cypionate as a first cycle. There are many people on the board who have had great results on low-dose testosterone only cycles.Quote:

Testosterone Propionate is not recommended for new users because, in order for a prop cycle to be effective, shots are required every other day (EOD) to every day (ED). That's a lot of shots for someone just starting.Quote:
