    Get rid of Rak_Ani

    We don't need people like you on this board!

    Let me explain!

    First of all she is filling this board with propaganda about Israel (which in my opinion is the most criminal warbound country on earth!)

    Second off all I looked all her posts through and none of them were
    training/nutrition/supplement related!

    You want to talk Politics --> Go to the CNN forum or such!

    You irritate me everytime I have to read your propagandist ****!
    (and nosy as I am I always read them)

    Either contribute some sort of helpful info to this board on training etc.

    Get out!

    as much as i hate to come out and say it hes right...the BS mguy and rakani spews is not somthim any of us want to see..just look at the tons of responds to there threads tellin them to fuk off....is AR pro terroist now?? cause letting people like that on here sure makes its seem so...im glad all the other boards im a part off dont have such nonsence and drama on them..
