First Time Stacking

This will be my first cycle, and i'm looking into a few sources. I have done much reading, but wanted to know if the cycle i have listed below is wayyy to much for a first timer. I consistently work out, i'm 5,11, 200 lbs, have a good diet of about 5000 calories a day, and drink enough water for 3 horses.
Also, would it be wise to add proviron during this cycle to further provent estrogen from rising too high? I've been told nolvadex doesnt' work that well as the estrogen levels rise very high, just dont join with receptors, which is a problem when you stop taking it! would proviron prevent, or at least help prevent this?

Too many compounds for a first cycle and tapering is long gone history. I'd go back to the drawing board and keep researching. The consensus is test ethanate at 400/500 mgs a week for 10 wks is plenty for your first time. Make sure to read up on "post cycle therapy" also.

You're right on one thing, that's way too much for your first run. Also Proviron and Nolva work in different ways. Proviron will help stop extra test from converting to estro, and Nolva will help the extra that does convert from being able to bind to your receptors. That rumor you heard about Nolva is wrong. It's the #1 anti-e to take during cycle and during PCT as well. Also, don't pyramid your doses, ever. It's not needed. The esters on your gear will take care of that for you. Try just running test at 500mg / week for your first cycle. You'll get great results and you'll know what it's from since you'll only be taking one compound instead of 4. But really, trust me, you'll be happy with your results at 500mg a week of test. You don't need all that other stuff yet. Just your test, your Nolva, and your Clomid.
