i wish i gained 20 lbs, the strength is nice, but im not training to be a powerlifter, i want the size, you think carbs is more important to protein, because i eat more protein than carbs by a lot.

I'm not a fan of QV gear, although many guys here will rebute my arguments against QV, I still think it is underdosed and easily faked. There could also be an issue with weight gain if your body doesnt retain much water. Keep in mind a portion of the weight you will gain will come from water weight. If you are like me and your body holds little water from the above drugs then your overall numbers will be down slightly. I can not run nolva/ldex at all and retain only 1lb of H2O or so. Try to eat something like 80g C and 50g P for the first 5 meals of the day and tell me you dont put on some weight. Its called bulking for a reason and the extra carbs arent going to hurt you any. Just make sure you arent eating a large amount of fat in conjunction.

dont get me wrong i know if i eat 10000 cals a day i will definately grow. but with the diet i was eating and the stuff i was taking, i thought i would be growing easily and quickly, how about the as, are they looking ok? (test, eq, dbol )

I will say it again. I dont like QV at all. I would advise you to use a different manufacturer the next time around. Also keep in mind that EQ isnt going to add larges slabs of beef to your frame. It is great for hunger and vascularity, but not the best bulker. Keep in mind some people react differently to AAS. I for one dont respond all that well to dbol . Sure i may gain 6lbs but compared to others that isnt much. Remember the game of body building isnt a sprint its more like a cross country meet. Concentrate on making slow gains. It's better than none at all.

i think u should replace those mrp shakes with real food, up your carbs to a 2;1 carb to protein ratio. it might work out for ya. good luck bro.

I'm not putting on a lot of weight either, but I am strong as hell. I think everyone reacts to certain **** differently. I, for one, will not be using Sust again. Next time I am going to Fina and maybe Anavar

i gained 28 lbs off my first cycle cuzz my diet and training were so in tact, i did everything perfectly.its all in the diet and training.cant have 1 without the other.if yuor not growing then you simply just need to add alot more calories.
on some days i was consuming upwards to around 5000 calories a day.that was hard for me b/c that pre workout stack of caffeine and ephedra put my appetite in the drain.just stuff your face man.......

You're getting @ 250gs of protein a day.( depending on the size of your steak and chicken).
You said you're eating less carbs than that.
SO at most your daily intale is 2000 calories maxx.
Unless you only weigh 120 lbs there is no way that is enough calories on cycle.
Running eq you must be hungry all the time.
Start eatin!!!
Yes, steriods work for everyone, even (surprisingly enough), aids patients and recovering hospital patients.

Dude,
I have taken QV stuff during my last two cycles and was not impressed. I do not think I will use it again. When are started homemade FINA....it was a whole different story...huge strength gains and in just 5 weeks I made lots of size gains. It's also true about the diet....EAT...alot...just make it good stuff.
Try something else besides QV next time

Dude u r not taking in enough calories period! Oh ya QV is good stuff by far. Its not the juice its your eating! Or it could be your intensity with your training!

Shakes are not food.
Up your food intake by at least 50%.
I dont know what your training is like but stick to basic compound movements...and go freakin heavy! Keep a journal and strive to steadilly increase.
I have said time and time again...eating is the hardest part of BBing.

must be the intensity with your training. i have qv gear and during my whole cycle i've been taking in 2000-2500 calories hardly any carbs on off days, and mostly protien shakes. i only take 200-250 grams of protien per day.that's just me though,if i take in more calories i get fat.

Bunk gear, poor diet, bad training scheulde, limited sleep..so many factors here...but if you were "on" you would know!

thanks guys im going to put all this info together today and redo the whole diet. the main reason i was taking the myoplex was because it is so hard to eat all day while working (im not suppose to bring food to my desk at the office lol).
suprisingly with the eq im not hungry at all. i rarely get hungry i always have to force myself. i was thinking of using the b12 injections. what do you guys think?

Dude,
Since I started on AS The food has been the hardest part of it all. The guys on here have really gotten on my case about my diet. But I think it is something that you can slowly build on. I am on my second cycle now and the food isn't as hard to handle as during the first cycle. I got a partner who gets on my case about eating and eating...that is tougher than the eating itself. I always feel concsious of my food and he make me feel weird.
But anyway, just do your best and eat as much as you can. This is life and I say you just learn by your mistakes and move forward. So if you didn't eat enough during this cycle and only made small gains...so what. Just do better the next time and eventually it will all come together.

thanks bri, yea i was pretty upset i spend all this $$ on the stuff and my diet was so way off. but we learn from our mistakes i guess.

That is another thing....you need to have lots of $$ for the food too! Don't forget to budget that out also when planning a cycle.
