ive just started on suppliments im taking 50 mg of oxymetholone and i want to know how often and how much nandrolone "deca " to take and what colour of needle to inject im using a green 1 size 21 gauge twice a week is this correct

everyone's gonna drill ya for why your not using test but since your already running this cycle. Deca 400mg/week split into 2 shots, and 25g 1.5" glutes, 25g 1" for all other sites.

21 gauge needle is big & will hurt more. Don't re-use needles.

I'd really really recommend you look at this site (educational threads and searches) a lot more before you do anything else. From the sounds of it, theres a lot that your gonna need to put under ur belts as far as info goes before you make another move. Trust me. You could be settin ur body up for a lot of trouble if you dont know exactly what and how ur puttin things into it.
