deca...how much?

HI Guys, and ladies..Im still confused about how much Deca to use.
this is my second cycle but first time using Deca.
I have read mixed reviews on dosage...some say for first time with Deca I dont need alot..like 200 or 300mg/wk and others say no less than 400mg/wk
want to start this week with Deca and cyp.
is 300mg/wk of Deca enough with 500 or 600mg/wk of Cyp?

this is actually perfect. test e. imo would make your cycle so much more worth while. cyp is just far to much bloat for me to handle
