Anavar help

Im planning on taking a Var only cycle pretty soon. 40-50mg/day for 8 weeks is what Ive been suggested. I know its mild on the sides but I still want to protect myself. I will have nolva on hand and clomid for the end. How long after the cycle should I start clomid therapy.? Im not to familiar with liver protectant supplements other that milk thistle. What should I take, how much of it, and where do I get it? Is this stuff I can find at GNC? Id appreciate any help from anyone with experience or knowledge on Anavar .

me too. but with var i would also add policosanol. that will help keep your lipids in check (along with a clean diet, of course). you don't need the nolva at all, either. good luck with the cycle. you're going to love it if you get good var!

What are some good var brands? I was thinking about Orbit but Im a little nervous about getting it shipped from canada to my house. My othe roption is going down to Mexico, but then I have to worry about how to get it back.

BTG, British Dragon, SPA, Hubei, and others i'm surely forgetting...

the policosanol should be taken as advised on the bottle, but it is an extremely safe and effective remedy for cholesterol problems that occur with using anavar (and other orals, for that matter). there are several other natural and side-effect free remedies available at www.beyond-a-century.com to order. check it out. on the EF boards a while back i think Fonz (not sure it was him) showed a journal of how the policosanol affected his lipid profile after a couple months, and it was significant!

var shouldn't hurt your lipids too much at all, but i would take a sterol just in case. an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

For your first run at var 30mg is enough, I have some studies showing 15mg work for building muscle

Imagine that same regimen, only you've been taking var instead. PCT is the same there.

This cycle sounds like a great one for feeling like CRAP, since endogenous test production will be shut down. Add some test prop and make some gains, man!

I'd love to hear that it's not, so I can run it off-cycle.

Or maybe you listen to those fallacious steroid profiles that are all over the 'net. They're just regurgitated info from each other. Most experienced AAS users know oxandrolone causes HPTA suppression.

oh i'll agree that it's inhibitive at low doses. it is. possibly even lower than 10mg/day i think i've seen in some studies posted on EF. but whenever i've been on var only cycles i have had no trouble getting erections or "feeling like crap." in fact i felt ****ing great. and even with a half-assed pct afterwards it is easy to get your levels back to normal post-cycle. and everyone i've heard that has done var-only cycles usually has a similar experience.

that's why i disagreed 100%. var only cycles are the **** (albeit, expensive!)
