    Questions for Mallet

    Bro, I have read your posts on T3 and I want to try your method, however, I had some questions before I do:

    1. I am on 6iu HGH 5 on 2 off, does this change the T3 schedule as I know they interact to some extent

    2. Do you take the whole T3 dose at once? Or do you spread it out? If at once, what time of day is ideal?

    Just some background info, in case it helps: 25 yrs old, 5'10", 235lbs, 16-18% bf. Current Cycle: 6ius HGH/d, 75mg Tren EOD, 700mg Test/w, started T3 at 50mcg/d but want to switch to your method to help with the leaning effects of HGH. Putting on muscle like a motherf***er, just need to lean out some more....

    Mallet? Any input? I would really like to get these two questions answered before I start. I just want to know if being on HGH would affect the dose on the 7/5 T3 method.

    Cycling t3 while using GH is slightly different in cycling? first I'll need you to take your resting temp for the next four days, then we'll have a baseline to go by. GH has an inhibiting effect on your thyroid to a small degree, so a dose of 25-50mcg can be warranted to maintain a "normal" level of thyroid hormone in the blood stream, To take full advantage of t3 while cycling gh you can certainly increase the dose..your temp will tell us how much?

    Thanks for the reply, bro.

    I Took my BT yesterday and this morning, extremely low!! Yesterday it was 96.5, today it was 97.0, I had been taking 50mcg/d for the past week or so until Sat. I didn't take any yesterday or today because I want to return to baseline before starting your method.

    From what I understand, I probably won't return all the way to 98.6 deg just due to the HGH, is that right? since it has a slight inhibiting effect. I will take my temp again tomorrow morning and wait until I level off.

    Does being on HGH effect the dose I run during the 5 days on? (200mcg). I am looking to do more than just counter the shutdown from growth, I want to burn some extra BF too....

    I doubt you'll ever return to 98.6 naturally (without t3) if your RT gets to be in the 97 deg range on a consistant basis then you won't have much trouble getting into the optimal range. it looks like your BBT is returning to normal quite fast..96.5-97.0 in one day is a good sign, if it was the other way around then i would be a little concerned. How long have you been taking 50mcg for?

    he said he was taking the t3 for a week. i was taking t3 for a week also before i saw your method and stopped. he dosed 50mcg, 75mcg for me. what confuses me is that both of our temperatures are rising(mine at about .3* ED). shouldnt have the t3 risen our temperatures? or even kept them baseline. why did our temps drop? also we only took the stuff for a week.

    When did your temp begin to drop? after you stopped taking the t3 or during? a week of t3 is unlikely to cause that much of a negative feedback!

    i never took my temperature before the t3 or during. i didnt know about your method or this board. but when i saw your style of cycling i stopped the t3. my temp has been rising .3deg every day since and has finally leveled out.

    That's good!..did you get any thyroid supplements that are recommended when taking t3? and wait until your temp is consistant for about 4 days before you begin taking t3 again.

    supplements are in transit now. t100x and coleus.

    will the coleus raise my temperature on its own? if so, should i take the coleus for a few days before the t3 to see how high the coleus gets my temp?

    YES, both cpleus forskolii and t-100x will help to regulate thyroid function, you will see a recovery in BBT after prolonged use...I take coleus and t-100X everyday for the last couple of years..my RT without thyroid hormones is back up to 98.1 deg, this took some doing but i've got it all sorted out. My Girl friends RT returned to 98.0 deg after just 2 months of taking coleus and t-100x, i would recommend these two supplements to everyone..My tutor is a weight loss specialist and often recommends them to take coleus with excellent results as well.

    97.4 today.

    Should I start the T3 at 200mcg tomorrow? or wait another day or so?

    I will keep you posted on my results and daily temps.

    It seems as though your RT is still rising, i would wait until you get the same reading (whithin .3 deg) for about four days in a row, then start your t3.

    With GH for the purpose of counteracting the slight inhibition, i wouldn't see any need to go above 50mcg, but 25mcg will sometimes do..it's all about monitoring to see at what extent your thyroid is being inhibited, a drop in BBT of .3 deg or less isn't enough to warrant the use of t3, if your BBT was to drop .5 deg or more for then i would suggest beginning with 25mcg , this will sometimes correct the short fall in BBT...when i talk of drops in BBT i mean if your temp has fallen for more than 4 or 5 days not just one morning, so if your RT was 98.0 deg every morning and then it dropped to 97.5 for a week then the use of t3 would be warranted.

    That is if you are trying to counter the drop from the HGH inhibiting your thyroid. But what if you want to cycle the T3 to burn fat while on HGH?? Would you go over 50mcg? Would you run it at 200mcg like you would on the normal 7/5 run? What temp do you want to ideally be at while on for the 7 days? Not over 100, right?

    Bro by doing that you've turned your HGH into an expensive fat burner. HGH elevates IGF-1 if your using to much T3 the IGF-1BP will bind the IGF-1 that your dose of HGH elevated. If you want to use T3 to burn fat, I'd go with some test over the HGH it's cheaper.

    I see. I think I will leave the T3 until after I am done with the HGH. I am on week 5 of HGH now and its just starting to really do me some good....

    My BT was really low this morning, 96.1. I stopped taking the T3 3-4 days ago and my temp was coming back really quickly, but now it suddenly drops?? wtf?


    I'm not going to be too concerned unless it stays low for a couple of days.

    you can still take 25-50 mcg while using GH to combat the small inhibition it causes without interfering with IGF-1 BP.

    I started 50mcg/d today. Will just leave it there and try one of your cycles later on after I come off HGH (if I ever do love the stuff!)

    Small doses are okay it's when you get into cutting or fat loss doses that you start exing out the benifits of HGH
