    possible to have pumps without aas

    i was driving home today after i jsut lifted and i could barely turn the wheel and bend my arm back only a certain distance cuz it felt like someone pumped water into my forearm and side of my bicep. i thought u only get pumps on aas

    you might be dehydrated, or you did a bunch of supersets for your bi's

    I get pumps naturally every the time. Lemme tell you that a hamstring pump is among the weirdest feelings you'll ever have.

    If u dont know about pumps then i would not use juice for a long time thats for sure. Pumps are a biproduct of tearing muscle down and recuperating. Par for the course
