coming off injury cycle

I was not planning on taking AS for a while. I have taken 3 cycles in the past but I have been clean for a year and wanted to keep it that way for a little longer, but I strained my back and lost some size and strength i worked so hard to get. I was thikning of hopping on A bottle of test propionate, which would probably only carry me through 4 weeks. I am not looking to make huge gains, just to get myself back into it and get my back feeling better again, but is it worth it at such a short duration? let me know your thoughts.

Just a back strain? No other injuries? Just face this cycle like any other..the real factor here will proper training (well and rest of course). Good luck on getting back into the swing of things.
