I have fu--ed my arms up pretty bad shooting into them. I only shoot in the peak now. I got a hemotoma once that kept me from working arms for almost three weeks. My arm was black and red for about two of those three weeks
Partboy the best part of the bicep muscle to inject is the outer head. So if you flex your arm and cuff the muscle with your other hand you can feel it.

Ok......I guess I'm like yall, my bi's are pretty decent but I want more of a peak......but what about the "split" at the "peak" of your bi??? When yall say inject into the "peak", are you talking about injecting right at that "split"???? I have heard inject into the inner or outer portion of the bi??? :unsure:
