hey bros i just got some b5 to treat some acne....i got my doses down im gonna work up to 10 g a day for a lil then go back to a maitenence dose of 2-5 g ED...one question about this and all other vitamins....can i take it all at once or do i have ot split it up during the day? is there any advantage to splitting it up?

Try a few grams each time......... everyone is different..... I do 2g with every meal up to 10g when I start it
