as suggested to me by another bro, open the cap poor a bit of powder onto a piece of paper and push your finger on it, your finger should stain yellow and be hard to wash off, i did this but im a clumsy **** and got a half yellow finger now HAHAHA

DNP is last resort. and I would not take more than 200mg on your first day if you are determined to do it.
My advice is that you pass on the DNP - not only is it dagerous in the immediate but no one know that long term of putting a solvent type chemical into your body for prolonged periods of time.
You wannt lose weight, take TEST and eat light - you will lose weight - its woking for me.
