I do 200 deca every 8 day and 250 sustanon every 5 day and some testovirondepot. Is it any idea for me to add some equipoise to that cycle? This is my third week in my 1st cycle and is see great gain, about 7 pounds. My goals are to...get better in my neck and back after a accident and put on some muscles.

No don't add eq, this is your first cycle!!!!!!!!!!!. And bro sust needs to be injected eod and deca at least every 7. In my opinion you need to rework the cycle a little better....Quote:

First of all don't listen to him. This is your first cycle and eq is not needed. No one should take eq, deca, and sust on a first cycle... ... I just don't understand why you say he should add it. As for taking a min of 1cc each time, that's a crock too. You can take .25cc or .5 , you don't have to take 1cc each time. As for your cycle this is what you should doQuote:

either go with the sust or the testoviron,not both.

Listen if you haven't gotten the gear yet don't get the sust. Get cyp or enth. It is much easier to take and can be injected 2x a week rather that eod.... Go with another type of test as a beginer , believe me....Quote:
