Gotta Ask
Ok,
How can you tell the difference from being real sore or if you are starting to get gyno. When I push on my nipples they hurt but my whole peck does as well. I'm trippin I think.

The soreness should be more concentrated to one specific area. Itchy is another early sign....and it usually feels like a lump. Some experience discharge from the nipple early on. If your entire pec is sore then it's likely just good old muscle soreness.

itchiness is usually a better indicator initially. when i got early symptoms my nips were also sensitive when my shirt rubbed against them (like when i was workin out). like they say though if it's your whole pec then it should just be some soreness.
