Save your money for gear bro!
You'll learn quiet a bit just by researching on the boards. I have all the books and a lot of the info is outdated now.

I think it is one of the best books out there personally. I would buy that way before I would by a steroid encyclopedia or training book.
isnt it an ebook? u should be able to find it online somewhere, save urself the $$$
