Easy way to check your HDL/LDL

    Hey bros,

I know I hate it when anyone tries to use a forum to schill a product but I wanted to make an exception since I believe the biggest danger gear has to your health is its affects on your HDL/LDL levels.

It's a $30 test kit you can use at home to check your total cholesterol, HDL/LDL, and trigycerides. It requires going 12 hours without eating, overnight is fine, pricking your finger with the provided tool and squeezing a drop of blood onto three spots on a sheet they provide. You then mail it back and you get your results in a week or so. The product is the BioSafe Cholesterol Panel. You can buy one at http://www.testsymptomsathome.com/bio06.asp
(I'm not in any way associated with these people other than I've ordered it a couple times there.)

Check it out. You may even be able to pick one up at your local drugstore!

That's good to know -there must be at others as well.

Thing I like about it is the info goes straight to YOU not your doctor.

I know, that's the hard part.

Best I can do is eat 10pm Friday night then hold off til 10AM Sat morning. Normally I'll have eaten at least twice by then.

The ones I've seen at the drug stores for that price were all the ones that only show total cholesterol rather than HDL/LDL and triglycerides as well, as the brand I mentioned does.
