How do you people feel about expired gear or b12. How long past the expiration date would you recommend using the above? Thanks, Obviously It's a risk but for those who might be a little more experienced, have you ever used expired gear or b12 and how was it? Is it dangerous? How long past the Exp. date?
The only thing that will happen is it becomes less potent. How old is your gear?
I agree with IronAdam just less potent but still good.
If its more than 6 months i probably would pass,
i wouldn't put any injectable in my body if it were expired. and b12 is some good ****. always through some in during my cycle
