2nd Cycle - Critique please
First things first, stats: 31 yrs old, 6'1" @ 210, bf prolly in the 12+% range, 8 years of lifting experience.
I finished up my first cycle of Test Prop @ 500mg a week. I gained a solid 12 lbs and have seen dramatic strength increases. I want to do a stacked cycle this time around (probably in about a month or so) and wanted to get some opinions. Since its summer i want to watch the water gain and slim down the bf to at least single digits. Here's what I'm thinking:
500mg Test Enanthate Week 1-12
500mg Deca Week 1-12
400mg EQ Week 1-12
Clen Week 6-12
Nolva ED throughout
A friend at the gym suggested adding Winstrol to help with the hardness and vascularity but I'm kind of worried about overdoing it. Any suggestions on additions/substitutions?
