k, i've done research on the combo of ephedrine,caffeine and aspirin. the only thing i don't understand is daily dosage. do i take the combo before meals and workouts, or is it a once a day dosage?
does this mixture sound correct?
20mg ephedrine
200 caffeine
200-250 aspirin

I use Hydroxycut. I take 2 Bayer aspirin every morning with my vitimans and flax seed oil. The directions say to take 4 capsules, 3 times per day; 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Recommended Use:

For Fat Loss: Take 4 capsules, 2 times daily before meals, preferably before morning and afternoon meals. To assess individual tolerance follow the dosing chart below.

Week 1 2 capsules, twice daily
Week 2 3 capsules, twice daily
Week 3 & beyond 4 capsules, twice daily

For maximum fat loss, take 4 capsules, 3 times daily. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 4 hour period and/or 12 capsules in a day. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep.

For increased energy: Take 2-4 capsules.

Take Hydroxycut with plenty of water.

Xenadrine works fine...I agree with diesel. Save yourself the trouble of making it. I have used both and they approximate to the same effect.

I'll agree. I'm a really big fan of Hydroxycut. I swear they must put something illegal in there cuz I feel really hard when I'm on it.

Hydroxycut seems to work pretty fast. I feel great when I'm taking it. Tons of energy, no nausia or other sides. Nice product. I'd like to hear more about Xenadrine because it costs a little less.

i had no luck with hydroxycut, i hear nothing but positive reviews when it comes to xenadrine though! i've already bought the ephedrine and everything i need for eca so i'm trying that. i wouldn't have if i didn't get such a good deal on it. it's tough to beat two bottles of interactive ephedrine for 5 bucks.
