i read through the ED post on clen and found it very useful, i then did a search and found out more stuff i didnt know but i still have 2 questions:
1) it was stated that you shouldnt do clen right before you do cardio. We'll i do. I dont have any breathing problems really to speak of, so is it ok if i continue this? On the first day i had a slightly harder time breathing for the 3 hours after taking it but since then nothing.
2) the basic formula is to pyramid up then stay at 100mcg a day and then pyramid down. Well i took 100mcg today and felt fine, can i keep going up? if not why not?
