    clen questoins

    i read through the ED post on clen and found it very useful, i then did a search and found out more stuff i didnt know but i still have 2 questions:

    1) it was stated that you shouldnt do clen right before you do cardio. We'll i do. I dont have any breathing problems really to speak of, so is it ok if i continue this? On the first day i had a slightly harder time breathing for the 3 hours after taking it but since then nothing.

    2) the basic formula is to pyramid up then stay at 100mcg a day and then pyramid down. Well i took 100mcg today and felt fine, can i keep going up? if not why not?

    i'd split the does up throughout the day. i also wouldn't pyramid down, it has less of an effect, no reason to pyramid down really. and if you keep upping your dose and then do cardio you'll probably be running into problems, so just play it safe.

    No need to pyramid down and I would go up to 120mcg at the top...

    2. keep ramping...I go to around 300mcg ed

    so there is no problem with taking clen and doing cardio? B/c i need to do cardio 4 days/week for my sport, and i don't want to run into any problems. i'm 6'1" 205 19 years old. tell me what you guys think?

    Your body will tell you when something isn't right...I have no problem popping clen and doing cardio within an hour. So everyone is different...just listen to your body.

    Are you serious? I haven't seen anyone recommend a dose that high.

    I'm not to sure about ramping but you should start out at 20-40mcg on first day and increase dosage until sides become to great(shaking hands) then back of by 20mcg and you should be fine. At 300mcg my heart would jump out of my chest, but to each his own what ever it takes to get you there.

    I had no prob doing cardio while on clen ...

    I think the very first pill u take the first day you will feel more then when ur on 4.

    I found the best way of taking it is 2 weeks on 2 weeks of. On your off weeks take eca stack or something similair. Clen really stops working quick thats why u only go on for 2 weeks and thats why the very first one youll really feel alot.

    I also found that just like Winstrol , unless your at a low bf% the results wont be nothing spectacular...

    This is how i take it.... 1.1.2.2.3.3.4.4.3.3.2.2.1.1........eca fro 2 weeks then repeat..
