CLEN TOO CLOSE TO A WORKOUT??oh no my breathing!
Eh,
I saw this and thought ... hmm dont wanna do something else wrong... especially with my BREATHING !!!
so ...

what exactly is TOO CLOSE TO A WORKOUT?

it varies really ..whenever I can.
What would be the optimal time to clen it up and workout thereafter??

i would probably stay away from it at least 2-3 hours before a workout, there's a good read in the ED Forum about clen ,maybe u can find it there.

The first day I ran clen , I used it about 1 1/2 hrs before workout and is was a waste of time. I was a mess. After a little experimenting, I found that my optimal routine was 20mcg x 4 spread out till 2pm. I usually get a little bit wound up but am fine to work out at 6pm. If I take them any later in the day I can't sleep at night.

IF you have to workout first then take them right after, as long as you dont work out later on in the day. If you do take them in the morning and your fine. When i work out early morning I do my cardio THEN take my clens...then lift about 5 hours later than that.

i take my clen about 2 hrs before workin out and i am fine. I dont have any breathing probs. And i cant take it later than 2pm cus i can sleep at nite

you build up a resistance to clen i think, so over time it may get better, but as others said try to keep it to a few hours before

Is clen dectable in a urine test when taking a physical or do the nedd to test specifically for it?

i remember taking clen like an hour before a work out and i was able to lift more than usual. didn't have much breathing problems, but later in the cycle it was unbearable.

I take mine usually an hour before I work out, helps my workout, i could stretch it to about 2 hours but thats it. My breathing is usually fine except for today 400mcg didn't help.
