Is it better to take enth in 250mg every 3rd day or 500mg 1wk? Advise Please!

You could go every 4 days too, what every you fell comfortable doing. I never could do the 3 and a half day shots so I've alway have done 3 or 4 day shots

for sure take 500 mg a week but like they are saying, break it up so that you shoot twice a week. It will keep you levels more stable

under profiles, it says enth has a half life of 7 days in the blood

Yep but I keep seeing conflicting numbers in diff posts. I have heard everything from 4-7. I asked if we could get an educational thread out there that shows half life much like the sticky on the PCT forum for active life and maybe include optimal injection intervals. The mods know this stuff just need it in a nice little chart. I realize that it is all an approximation based on dosages, etc, but there are good solid estimates. There are a few good posts on calculating things including injection frequency but man a chart would be nice to see it all in one place.

bro, you are probably right with a half life from 4-7, IMO, it varies from person to person, and there are a lot of factors that you would have to consider with age, height, weight, but i dont think there is a right answer, correct me if i am wrong

If you hit the cycle calculator in my sig, they have enan at 5 days, cyp at 6. I just read a post that was from mesorx that had enan at 14 days and cyp at 15 or 16. I think they had active life and half life mixed up.

Yep, If you could do one day in the morning the next in the evening and have it be closer to every 3.5 days it would be perfect.

I have still not seen any mod or vet say that it is 7days, anywhere from 3.5 to 5 from those individuals. Not saying you are wrong just that I am confused.

Incorrect. If the half life was 7 days then
June 1st- 500mg shot
June 8th- 250mg left
June 15th- 125mg left
and so on

Half life is about 3-4 days, with a about a 12-14 day active life for Enan. This varies on dose and the persons metabolism for the compound though.
