Cramps is one of the side effects from clen.
did u take your taurine and your potassium while on clen?
well, anyway, try with some magnesum/potassium combo and before startin clen again, read well the clenbuterol handbook, i think in the educational thread...
I have been cycling clen two weeks on two weeks off. My first two wks., had cramps and started running 400mg potassium morning and 400 evening and it took care of it. Also can use lotsa orange juice for added effect.
i think 1-2 gallons of water/day and some potassium would fix that right up
Im on clen now and ive been cramping up like crazy during my workouts. I upped my taurine intake and started some potassium.
